French Children

“It quickly becomes clear that having a child in France doesn't require choosing a parenting philosophy.”
[quote from French Children Don't Throw Food by Pamela Druckerman]

Pamela Druckerman, an American fleelance journalist on lifestyle issues, relocates to Paris (from NYC) and starts a family with her English, football writer, husband. After their first child is born, Pamela starts noticing the different way French children behave.
French Children Don't Throw Food (paperback by Black Swan) is an easy read and funny at times but gets rather repetitive and, therefore, boring.

If you're a mom of an unruly toddler or if you're expecting one, the book does have a few cool tips and tricks à la française...

Should you want to find out more about this book, here's the video where I talk about it:
